I understand that we are constantly destroying them, but the enemy, with the stubbornness of maniacs, continues to improve them … I have already found out from some information sources that the enemy considers Kherson as a kind of Stalingrad , under which “the power of Western civilization can be destroyed,” Grabsky added.
