The Russian occupiers carry out personnel rotation in National Guard against the background of significant losses in the war against Ukraine.

“Personnel changes have taken place in the Federal Service of the Russian Guard Troops. Lieutenant General Sergei Vlasenko has been removed from the post of Chief of Staff – First Deputy Commander of the North Caucasian District of the Russian Guard Troops. Lieutenant General Anatoly Malikov has been appointed to a senior position in the North Caucasian District of the Russian Guard Troops. Until now, Malikov held the position Head of the Main Directorate of State Control and Licensing and Permits of the Federal Service of the Russian Guard Troops,” the statement said.
