President of Serbia Alexander Vucic declared his desire for a peaceful resolution of the conflict with Kosovo. Vučić said this in an address to the Serbian people, reports Kurir.

As noted, Vučić addressed the citizens of Serbia after a meeting at the General Staff.
He said that the Serbian side met with the KFOR commander, and there are several more meetings to come.
“It is extremely important for us that the dialogue continues and that we begin to resolve issues peacefully,” the Serbian president said and said that he asked international representatives to do everything possible to stop the escalation.
KFOR (Kosovo Force) – an international force led by NATO, responsible for ensuring stability in Kosovo.
The KFOR forces were created in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution No. 1244 and entered Kosovo on June 12, 1999.
