The war in Ukraine will be long, NATO will supply weapons – UNIAN

According to Stoltenberg, NATO allies have a “political and moral obligation” not to stop the supply of weapons.
“We must supply modern weapons, heavy weapons, as NATO allies have done for a long time, and NATO must also play a role in providing support,” Stoltenberg stressed.
He stressed that the war in Ukraine actually began back in 2014, when Russia annexed Crimea and supported militants in eastern Ukraine.
As UNIAN reported earlier, a meeting of the Contact Support Group for Ukraine (the so-called “Ramstein-3”), led by the United States of America, took place. This meeting discussed urgent Ukraine’s needs for weapons.
