Residents of the city are forced to live in the surviving apartments, and some – in basements and entrances.
In Severodonetsk captured by Russian invaders in Lugansk region emergency high-rise buildings began to fall.
The head of the OVA, Sergei Gaidai, published a corresponding video in Telegram.
“It is extremely dangerous to stay in the houses damaged by the Russians. The rest live in the surviving apartments, some in the entrances and basements. But it is very dangerous there. If the high-rise building is damaged, it can fall at any moment,” he said.
According to the official, the video shows the destruction of a house on Partizanskaya Street. The building collapsed in the middle of the day.
“People were passing by. Whether anyone was inside is not known for sure. While the Russians continue to shoot propaganda stories about the “happy life” of the inhabitants of the Luhansk region, the latter are dying under the rubble of unexamined high-rise buildings,” Gaidai was indignant.
He also said that at the front, the occupying forces are increasingly using aviation due to the fact that they cannot overcome the defense fortifications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Gaidai added that the enemy used multiple launch rocket systems six times and used mortars several times during the day. The Russians are concentrating their main efforts on the Bakhmut direction.
As UNIAN previously reported, a successful start was made in the Luhansk region work partisans.
