Russian occupiers are trying to restore Antonovsky bridge in the suburbs of Kherson.
This was announced on Facebook First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yury Sobolevsky.
“… They work without load calculations, without engineering plans – they simply cover the damaged areas with slabs. According to information not yet confirmed, for this they were going to use PAGs, airfield slabs,” writes Sobolevsky.
According to him, the quality of the repair and the reliability of the bridge after it raises serious doubts. “In any case, the coordinates of the Antonovsky Bridge will not change after these manipulations,” Sobolevsky remarked ironically.
Recall that the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in a video message on July 27 stated the following: “As for the Antonovsky bridge in Kherson and other crossings in the region. Of course, all of them will be rebuilt, but by us. We are doing everything to ensure that the occupiers do not have any logistical opportunities on our land. Whatever plans they have, we we’ll break them.”
