The Institute for the Study of War, citing an analysis of the situation from Ukrainian intelligence, suggests that the Russians will again concentrate troops and equipment in the area during this period, so that the struggle in this direction is expected to again develop into a phase of even more significant escalation. The increase in the concentration of enemy troops is discussed in the last summary departments on the results of June 20.

Ukrainian sources have confirmed that Russian troops control all of Severodonetsk, with the exception of the Azot industrial zone, where fighting continues.
