In connection with the terrorist attack in Olenevka, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted the need for a clear legal recognition of Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism.

After that, Ombudsman for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets noted that did not receive any signal from the UN regarding the mass execution of prisoners of war by Russia in the Yelenovskaya colony.
