The patrol police detained a man in Kharkiv who may be involved in directing fire from the Russian army to strike at the city. This was announced by the First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department Alexei Beloshitsky.

In the phone of the detainee, whom Beloshitsky calls a “gilt”, they found chats with Russian numbers, where he sent photos of damaged buildings taken after the shelling.
“Perhaps, at what he himself directed the devil’s missiles,” Beloshitsky wrote.
Also in the phone found a photo of some beacons.
The man was detained after a vigilant citizen called the police, Beloshitsky added.
“Remember that the enemy we are attacking is not only in uniform. Mordor, like hell, can have different faces and penetrate into any sphere of our society. Be vigilant,” the patrolman said.
