In Kyiv, a 50-year-old man offered conscripts to go abroad from Ukraine with fake documents of a volunteer organization. For his “services” the businessman asked for $10,000.

“Having enlisted the help of accomplices, the man offered to produce a certificate of membership in an international public organization and engage in volunteer activities, followed by entry into a special database that gives the right to cross the state border as a volunteer,” the report says.

The malefactor was detained on “hot” while receiving $4 thousand for the made certificate of the volunteer. In general, the criminal activity of the Kiev resident brought him 40 thousand hryvnia benefits.
