Two hundred marines from the 810 Russian brigade refused to return to war against Ukraine. This was stated by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadim Skibitsky, informs press service of Ukrainian intelligence.

“What became negative for the Russian command? The fact that about two hundred servicemen of the 810th brigade refused to return to the territory of southern Ukraine again,” Skibitsky said.

That is why a significant problem arose, which, according to intelligence, delayed the process of restoration and combat coordination of the battalion tactical group of this brigade, the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate explained.

He added that combat potential and combat experience, those specialties that are critical for such units, are currently absent.

“Secondly, the main task of the 810 brigade is to conduct sea, assault offensive operations and simply assault operations,” Skibitsky said.

He explained that if there are no trained specialists and a clear coordination of the unit, then the combat potential of this armored personnel carrier and the entire brigade will decrease.
