In Kherson, a car with a pro-Russian official was blown up

The explosion occurred in the Kherson KhBK microdistrict. In addition to the blown up car, at least two more cars were damaged as a result of the terrorist attack, TASS reports. Telegram channel Shot writes referring to the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, that the explosion was a “targeted assassination attempt”.

On May 9, Savluchenko announced that he had initiated a run in Kherson in honor of Victory Day. According to him, 45 cars participated in the event, and the police detained him.

According to the Ukrainian media, in 2014 Savluchenko supported the “Russian Spring”, which is why he was persecuted by members of the “Right Sector” (the organization is recognized as extremist in Russia). At the same time, Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Kazansky claims that Savluchenko was a member of the oppositionist Viktor Medvedchuk’s party, and gangster groups may be involved in his death.
