Grain exports will begin today around 9 am, the Turkish Defense Ministry said.

The first ship with grain will leave one of the Ukrainian ports on Monday, August 1, at 8:30 am Kyiv time, reported Turkish Ministry of Defense on Twitter.
Recall that in Istanbul on July 22 an agreement was signed that involves the unblocking of the Ukrainian ports Odessa, Yuzhny and Chornomorsk for the export of Ukrainian grain and other agricultural products.
Head of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed separate identical agreements with Turkey and the United Nations.
It is worth noting that Ukraine fully controls the ports from which exports should be carried out.
On July 29, Kubrakov reported that in the ports of “Odessa” and “Chernomorsk” 10 ships with Ukrainian grain were ready for dispatch.
According to CNN Turk, the first ship with grain from Ukraine should arrive in Turkish territorial waters on August 3.
