China will not go into armed conflict with the United States of America due to strong economic ties and competition.

This was stated by the director of the Institute of World Politics Yevgeny Magda on the air of the Espresso TV channel.

“It is difficult to imagine that China would go into armed conflict with the state with which it has the strongest economic relations. China and the United States are actively competing economically. Therefore, it is difficult to imagine that these two states will fight,” Magda explained.

According to him, Washington does not demonstrate unequivocal readiness for war with Beijing.

“First of all, we see the political superstructure of the conflict over Taiwan between the US and China. At the same time, Beijing clearly analyzed the situation that arose in the global economy after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In turn, the US also demonstrates that it is not ready to escalate Even the usual steps for diplomacy, such as the recall of the ambassador, did not take place in this situation,” the expert added.

Recall that the situation between the countries escalated after the visit of the Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi to the island of Taiwan. In response to her arrival China promised a “strong and powerful” response.
