President of the U.S.A Joe Biden is unlikely to visit Ukraine as part of his trip to Europe at the end of June.

He stated this today, speaking to reporters, writes CNN.

“It depends on the circumstances,” Biden said when asked if he plans to come to Ukraine, adding that he doesn’t want to “create additional hardship for Ukrainians.”

He noted that as part of his trip to Germany and Spain for the G7 and NATO summits, a visit to Ukraine is “unlikely.”

In addition, the US President called “very likely” that Ukraine will become a member of the European Union.

As UNIAN reported, on June 15, US President Joe Biden announced the allocation of another package of military aid in the amount of 1 billion dollars.

On the same day, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a telephone conversation with US President Joseph Biden noted the importance and timeliness of the provision by the United States of an additional $1 billion aid package.

The head of state said that the support of the United States in the field of security is unprecedented.
