According to him, he remembers how on the night of February 24, a full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine began from the territory of Belarus, but before that, the Belarusians “swore” that they did not pose any threat to Ukraine.
He noted that he “has no illusions about Belarus, but a sober analysis of what is happening, and how not to give additional reasons” to the self-proclaimed president Alexander Lukashenko “make certain decisions.”
“I have already spoken publicly and my position has not changed: if the Belarusian armed forces enter the territory of Ukraine, I will immediately send a proposal to break off diplomatic relations with them. The fact that Russian bombers fly in the airspace of Belarus – sometimes they just train, sometimes they shoot – this is our daily reality,” the minister said.
Kuleba stressed that Belarus is an accomplice in the armed aggression against Ukraine and this “is not subject to any doubts, and therefore there are no excuses for Belarus and there will not be.”
