Kirill Budanov assured that the operation on Snake Island would last until it was completely released.
Operation against Russian occupiers on Snake Island will continue until the island is completely liberated.
This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov broadcast information telethon.
“In fact, the Russians are deploying a certain group on Zmeiny Island, which consists of air defense units, as well as units armed with rocket artillery installations. Namely, there are three of them. In addition, there is a boat group and units special purpose of the Russian Federation,” Budanov said.
He added that the operation on Snake Island will last until it is completely released.
“This operation continues. Fire damage is inflicted on these objects. The operation will continue until the complete liberation of Snake Island,” Budanov emphasized.

Recently, the Ukrainian military hit enemy units on Snake Island in the Black Sea. The shells hit the Pantsir S1 anti-aircraft missile system, a radar station and vehicles.
