Actions of Russian occupiers in Ukraine resemble ISIS

In the sixth month of a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Latvia Edgars Rinkevics said that the cruelty of the Russian invaders in the war against Ukraine resembles the actions of the militants of the ISIS terrorist organization.
