Due to a magnetic storm, people may experience the following symptoms: headache and muscle pain, nausea, dizziness, low or high blood pressure, heart pain, weakness and fatigue, insomnia, exacerbation of chronic diseases. Weather-dependent people, the elderly and pregnant women endure heavier storms.

To minimize the negative impact of the storm, it is recommended to adhere to such rules on dangerous dates.

  • Do not eat fatty, fried, overly salty and spicy foods.
  • Avoid coffee, alcohol and energy drinks. Instead, drink green or herbal tea. Also don’t smoke.
  • Ventilate the room more often.
  • Walk more.
  • Take before bed cold and hot shower.
  • Go to bed at the same time, sleep at least 7 hours a day.
