A criminal case has been opened on the fact of beating teenagers in an electric train near Moscow

Law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case into the beating of two teenagers by an adult man in an electric train near Moscow, the Moscow Region Department of the Investigative Committee reported on June 20.

The incident on an electric train near Istra became known after a video was posted on social networks, in which a man punches a teenager in the face and forces him to pull an earring out of his nose. The attacker himself shoots the video.

Under his obscene comments, the second teenager also gets rid of the accessory, sitting opposite the first, who, after being hit, bleeds profusely from the nose. None of the other passengers of the electric train (if any) is trying to intervene in what is happening.

Telegram channel Mash notesthat the man himself then posted the video on the Internet with the comment that this is exactly what should be done with the “informals”. When asked if they were afraid of the police, the author of the video said that the relevant issue had “already been resolved.”

Video appeared in the channel Mash at 11:30 am (Moscow time), at 18:30 Moscow time, the department of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region announced the detention of an unnamed man. The agency confirmed that the incident occurred in the area of ​​the Novoyerusalimskaya station of the city district of Istra, a man. The motive for beating teenagers was called “hooligan motives”, the beating itself “conflict”. The case against the man was initiated under the article on hooliganism (clauses “a, b, c” of Part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

“The investigator plans to conduct interrogations of minors, appoint forensic medical examinations,” added SC.
