The author of the YouTube channel “It doesn’t matter who” from Russia took up arms against the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World because of its position on the war. The team immediately condemned the full-scale invasion, and a little later withdrew their games from sale in the Russian Federation. Because of this, the mentioned blogger began to leak a variety of classified information. He talked a lot about STALKER 2, and in a recent leak he talked about the console versions of the past parts of the series.

It’s important to note that “It Doesn’t Matter Who” information may turn out to be just rumors. GSC has not yet reacted to the publication of classified information, and until official confirmation, it is better to treat the leak with skepticism.

“We know that in addition to STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, GSC Game World has a certain “untitled project”. It was once mentioned in passing something from the category “we have not only the second part in the plans”, but no there were no details, only this is not a remake, but a console port [S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl]! It was also made on the X-Ray Engine, only heavily modified. It was for the console port that they were looking for people familiar with this engine a couple of years ago,” the blogger said.

According to It Doesn’t Matter Who, he received the build of the game for the PlayStation and Xbox from developers who collaborated with GSC and decided to take revenge on the studio for its patriotic stance.
